Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026 · Governing law: Scotland
Neelforge is a creative concept-visualization tool. To keep it safe and lawful, the following rules apply to everything you generate.
Prohibited designs
- Weapons, ammunition, firearm parts, silencers, or any device designed to cause injury.
- Explosive, incendiary or otherwise dangerous devices.
- Regulated or controlled devices whose design or distribution requires a licence.
- Items intended to bypass safety mechanisms or defeat security or access controls.
The console automatically blocks requests that describe these items.
Intellectual property
Do not use Neelforge to copy a third party's protected industrial design, patented product appearance, trade dress or brand. You are responsible for ensuring your concept does not infringe the rights of others.
Honest representation
Concept renders must not be presented as photographs of an existing, mass-produced product. Do not use outputs to mislead backers, investors or customers - for example, by passing a concept off as a shipped item in a crowdfunding or investment campaign.
No unsafe reliance
Outputs are concept renders, not engineering guidance. Do not rely on them for structural, safety or compliance decisions. See our AI Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, without refund, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report misuse to support@neelengi.shop. Governing law: Scotland.
