Content License

You keep all ownership of the sketches, photos and reference material you upload. You grant NEELBREN ENGINEERING LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and transform that material solely to operate the service and generate your concept outputs. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

As between you and us, you own the concept renders, variants, previews and decks generated for you, subject to your subscription being in good standing. You are free to use them in pitches, crowdfunding pages, social media and internal reviews, within our Acceptable Use rules.

You are responsible for making sure your concept, and any reference you upload, does not infringe another party's patent, registered design, trademark or copyright. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Outputs are concept renders, not engineering drawings or production files, and carry no warranty of manufacturability. See the AI Disclaimer and Terms of Service.

Uploads and outputs are cached so you can review, re-render and export them, and are deleted or anonymised within 30 days of a project becoming inactive, or sooner on request to support@neelengi.shop. Governing law: Scotland.
