Policy
Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026 · Governing law: Scotland
These terms form a contract between you and NEELBREN ENGINEERING LIMITED ("Neelforge") for use of the Neelforge concept-visualization service at neelengi.shop.
1. The service
Neelforge is an online, digital, subscription tool that turns written product ideas into concept renders, variants, exploded and cutaway views and turntable previews, and exports Concept Deck PDFs. The service is delivered entirely online. We do not sell physical goods, provide shipping, or perform any on-site, manufacturing, repair, installation or inspection service.
2. Concept-only outputs and no manufacturability guarantee
All outputs are concept renders for visual and communication purposes. They are not engineering drawings, technical specifications, or production-ready files. Any dimensions, tolerances, materials, weights or costs shown are indicative only. We do not guarantee that a concept is manufacturable, physically feasible, or safe. Before any real production you must have the design assessed by a chartered engineer and a qualified manufacturer. Neelforge provides no structural, mechanical, electrical, material or safety-compliance (such as CE, UKCA or FCC) advice or certification.
3. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 to use Neelforge. Users aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. The service is not intended for children under 13.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Neelforge is offered on the Sketchpad (free), Maker and Studio plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Your monthly concept quota resets each billing period and does not carry over. There are no credit packs and no stored or withdrawable balance.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use policy, including the prohibition on generating weapons, ammunition or regulated-device designs and on infringing third-party intellectual property. Breaching it may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of what you upload and, as between you and us, of the concept outputs generated for you. Licence terms and your responsibilities for third-party rights are set out in our Content License.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation policy.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neelforge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make to manufacture, fund, invest in or market a product based on concept outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
